To be admitted in Year 1
The candidate should have the Secondary school certificate issued by the Rwanda Education Board (REB) or Equivalent with at least two principal passes required by the High Education Council (HEC).
The following documents should be provided:
1. Notarized Certificate of Secondary Education/Equivalence
2. Copy of result reports of 4.5 & 6 secondary school
3. Application letter (addressed to the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academics & Research)
4. Copy of National ID /Passport
5. CV
6. 2 Passport photos
7. Payment of registration fee: Only the >>Digital payment will be considered for paying application fees, registration fees, tuition fees, and other fees.

To be admitted in Years 2, 3 & 4 from other Higher Learning Institutions
The candidate should have the Secondary school certificate issued by the Rwanda Education Board (REB) or Equivalent with at least two principal passes required by High Education Council (HEC).
The following documents are requested:
- Application letter written to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academics Affairs and Research
- Notarized Academic transcripts for previous levels.
- Copy of the proof of payment of 10,000 Rwf for admission
- Notarized Certificate of secondary education/Equivalence
of Academics & Research) - Copy of National ID /Passport
- 2 Passport photos
- Payment of registration fee: Only the >>Digital payment will be considered for paying application fees, registration fees, tuition fees, and other fees.

7. CV
8. 2 Passport photos
