To be admitted in Year 1
The candidate must hold a Secondary School Certificate issued by the Rwanda Education Board (REB), with at least two principal passes for those who completed secondary school before 2024, or a minimum score of 50% for those who completed secondary school from 2024 onwards, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Higher Education Council (HEC).
The following documents should be provided:
1. Notarized Certificate of Secondary Education/Equivalence
2. Copy of result reports of 4.5 & 6 secondary school
3. Copy of National ID /Passport
4. 2 Passport photos
5. Payment of registration fee: Only the >>Digital payment will be considered for paying application fees, registration fees, tuition fees, and other fees.

To be admitted in Years 2, 3 & 4 from other Higher Learning Institutions
The candidate must hold a Secondary School Certificate issued by the Rwanda Education Board (REB), with at least two principal passes for those who completed secondary school before 2024, or a minimum score of 50% for those who completed secondary school from 2024 onwards, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Higher Education Council (HEC)..
The following documents are requested:
- Application letter written to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academics Affairs and Research
- Notarized Academic transcripts for previous levels.
- Copy of the proof of payment of 10,000 Rwf for admission
- Notarized Certificate of secondary education/Equivalence
of Academics & Research) - Copy of National ID /Passport
- 2 Passport photos
- Payment of registration fee: Only the >>Digital payment will be considered for paying application fees, registration fees, tuition fees, and other fees.

7. CV
