Step 1:Upon completion of admission, students can register themselves online.
Before doing online registration your payment must be approved by UTAB Finance service or UMIS .
Requested documents for registration:
The following documents are requested:
- For Year 1
- Notarized Secondary School Certificate (A ‘Level)(With at least 2 Principal Passes in core subjects)
- Notarized Equivalence of Secondary School Certificate from NESA(Foreigner applicant
- Copies of Secondary School reports of 3 last years
- Copy of National ID or Valid Passport (Foreigner applicant)
- 2 photos passport
- Proof of payment of registration fees of 39,500 RWF
- Note: Registration is paid and done after being admitted.
- For Year 2 or Year 3 (Transfer applicants)
- Notarized Secondary School Certificate (A ‘Level)(With at least 2 Principal Passes in core subjects)
- Notarized Equivalence of Secondary School Certificate from NESA (Foreigner applicant)
- Notarized Diploma
- Notarized Equivalence of Diploma from HEC (Foreigner applicant)
- Copies of the Academic Transcripts
- Copies of Secondary School reports of 3 last years
- Copy of National ID or Valid Passport (Foreigner applicant)
- 2 photos passport
- Clearance or Recommendation letter issued by previous institution
- Proof of payment of application fees of (10,000 RWF)
- Proof of payment of registration fees of 39,500 RWF
- Note: Registration is paid and done after being admitted.
- For Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE
- Notarized Bachelor’s Degree (With at least Second Class Lower Division or Satisfaction)
- Notarized Equivalence of Bachelor’s Degree from HEC (Foreigner applicant)
- Copies of academic transcripts
- Notarized Certificate of secondary education (With at least 2 Principal Passes in core subjects)
- Notarized Equivalence of Secondary School Certificate from NESA (Foreigner applicant)
- Application letter (addressed to the Deputy Vice Chancellor-Academics & Research)
- Recommendation letter issued by former university
- Copy of National ID or Valid Passport (Foreigner applicant)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- 2 photos passport
- Proof of payment of registration fees of 39,500 RWF
Step 2:After the complete registration process UMIS UMISwill provide to you registration letter
Before doing online registration your payment must be approved by UTAB Finance service.
